DBT Group
Time Out Youth’s DBT Skills Group for LGBTQ+ youth ages 13–24 is a free, open group that runs in 12–14 week cycles. This group is mostly about learning helpful tools (psychoeducation) while also practicing DBT skills to manage emotions, cope with stress, build healthier relationships, and stay present. It’s a welcoming space for anyone who feels overwhelmed, deals with mood swings or self-criticism, or just wants new ways to feel more in control and connected. Dinner will be provided for every meeting.
