‘Tis the Season!

Can you help us make magic this holiday season? With your support, we can provide presents for LGBTQ+ youth, creating joyful holiday memories for those who need them. Below you will find a variety of ways to give this holiday season!

Dreamlist Gifts

Please click the link to purchase from the Holiday Lists from our young people! These are the five items they most need and want. (Note: Each youth is listed with a letter & number designation. Can you help us make sure everyone receives a gift from their list?)

There are also five staple items that every young person will receive! These are also listed on the Dreamlist as “Youth Stocking Stuffers” with the quantity needed.

Never used Dreamlist before? Have questions? Here’s answers to some FAQS:

1. How do I choose a gift? Press “GET THIS GIFT” and then “Reserve and Buy” to let us know you plan to purchase this item! You’ll then be asked to fill out a short form to claim the item. Afterwards, there will then be a link to the item on Amazon so you can purchase it there. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please click “Yes” on that email to let us know when items have been purchased or “No” if you’d like to unreserve the item.
2. If I reserve the item on Dreamlist, does it automatically purchase and send to Time Out Youth? No, please follow the links on the page to purchase the gift and send to us!
3. Where do I send the gift? To our office, 3800 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC, 28205! This address will NOT autopopulate on Amazon, so please make sure you are sending gifts to our building and not your home!
4. I don’t understand this website, please help! Send us an email to info@timeoutyouth.org and we’ll do our best to answer any questions you may have!

Gift Cards

Gift cards in $10 or $25 increments are helpful for our young people experiencing financial hardships. Gift cards from Walmart, Food Lion, Amazon, Uber, Lyft, and Charlotte area bus passes are preferred.

All gifts are asked to be at the Center by Friday, December 12th at 5pm so our elves can sort and wrap all items!
