Time Out Youth Center maintains its programs and services through the generosity of our community. There are many ways that your money, time, and energy can support our mission and vision. Below are ways that you can support our LGBTQ youth:
Monetary donations:
Donating funds to Time Out Youth Center via this website is easy and secure. You can make your tax-deductible donation in one lump sum or spread it out over 12 months. You will receive a written acknowledgement after your funds are received.

Gifts of time and goods are also very much appreciated.
We have a routine need for the following items:
- One or ten-ride bus passes
- Gift cards to Food Lion, CVS, Target, or Wal-Mart
- Youth “transitioning to independence” items including: cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, paper products, and general toiletries
- LGBTQ books and cultural information
Hosting an event for Time Out Youth Center:
If you are interested in hosting a benefit for Time Out Youth Center, please email our Director of Advancement at dsamson@timeoutyouth.org so we can make sure we’re partnering the best we can! We welcome registered businesses to hold events benefitting the Center but ask that no funds be raised to benefit a single individual or sole proprietorship. The sale of merchandise in-center, outside of those produced by Time Out Youth, is prohibited.
