We’ve launched right into Pride Month 2025! Happy June! It is a wonderful and celebratory season here at the Center, a chance to honor the rich diversity of our community and uplift queer joy. It’s also a time to rededicate ourselves to the work of uplifting our queer and trans youth and build the world we want to see. One that empowers LGBTQ+ young people and celebrates them for who they are.
During pride month, we are very lucky to have the support of many community partners! If you are looking for a fun way to support our work, they have it. Want to see a concert? Grab a beer or a coffee? See aerialists? Support local artists? You can do all that and more, all while supporting Time Out Youth’s mission!

UltraViolet Sapphic Dance Party at Petra’s, May 30 from 8PM – 12AM
Come out to this amazing event featuring a dance party, DJ, glitter, photobooth, and tarot card reading! It is hosted at Petra’s in Plaza Midwood and supports our work here at Time Out Youth! This event is 21+ and costs $10 at the door..
ConCarolinas 2024 Charity Auction & Griffin Heart Raffle, June 1
Are you attending the longest running Sci-Fi & Fantasy Convention in the Carolinas? Check out their charity auction on June 1! Proceeds go towards our services here at the Center. Griffin Heart Inc. will also be hosting a raffle (plus virtual auction items) during the convention to support our mission!
Take a Picture! (It’ll Last Longer) Photo Exhibit, June 5 from 6 – 9PM
Join artist Matthew Warren for a showcase of his incredible film photography at The Photo Outfitters. Prints will be available for purchase and all proceeds benefit Time Out Youth!
PRIDE Fest at NoDa Brewing Company, June 7 from 12 – 6PM
Join our friends at NoDa Brewing Company for a prideful celebration! This event will feature flash tattoos, shopping and vendors, live music, food trucks, and drinks! Entry to this event is free!
Pride Fundraising Flow at iShine Yoga and Wellness, June 13 from 7:15 – 8:15PM
Join a donation-based, fun vinyasa flow led by Charlie Merlock, RYT 200, at iShine Yoga and Wellness in Huntersville. You can look forward to leaving class with a smile on your face! It is open to all levels with no registration required! All proceeds from the class will be donated to us at Time Out Youth. Donations are also accepted at the iShine Yoga and Wellness desk throughout June.
Love > Hate at The Rooster, June 14 from 4 – 11PM
Come on out to a benefit concert featuring LGBTQ+ artists and allies! This all ages show will feature The Rufftons, Hey Richard, Leaving Echoes, Warmones, Messy Stains, The Hand Off, Small Doses, and Yrd Sle. The One Blood bid red bus will also be accepting blood donations. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Get your tickets HERE. This event benefits our work here at the Center and will also feature several raffles!
Skiptown Pride PAWrade and Drag Show, June 14 from 1 – 9PM
This all day event is a real party! Head down to Skiptown for giveaways and raffles, pride punch, a dog fashion show, a DJ (4 -9 PM), and a drag show (7 – 9PM). We are so thrilled to receive funds from this event!
Makers and Mics: Chosen Family, June 14 from 2 – 8PM
Join Makers and Mics as they celebrate chosen family with a maker’s market (2 – 5PM) and variety show (6 – 8PM)! Time Out Youth and Amity Medical Group will be supported by this event.

Enjoy an amazing concert at The Milestone Club– but bring your donations to our Life Essentials Closet with you! This event will feature a donation drive supporting the necessities provided by our closet, such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and more. Tickets $10 in advance, $12 at door. Get them HERE.
Summer Solstice Art Showcase, June 20 from 6 – 9PM
Head on down to Summit Coffee on the Plaza to enjoy local art for sale, tattoos, tarot, permanent jewelry, and a food truck! 10% of Friday sales at Summit will support our work here at TOY! This event is free to attend.
Rock Hill Pride: Heavenly Pride White Party, June 20 from 8 – 11PM
Dress all in white and celebrate pride month at Hoppin’ Rock Hill! Time Out Youth will be a featured nonprofit, receiving proceeds from a signature shot. Get your tickets by clicking HERE. They are $65 for an individual, $120 for a couple.

Join runner Liv Paxton-Sprankle as she runs 1 mile every hour for 24 hours to support LGBTQ+ youth! This event is located at Watershed Charlotte. Learn more and donate HERE.
Pride Crawl by Crawl With US, June 21 from 4PM – 12AM
Get your tickets today for the Pride Crawl! This event features 6+ venues, dancing and drag performances, music, drinks specials, photographers, and more! Ticket prices increase as the date gets closer. Get them HERE.
Drink for a Cause with Birdsong Brewing, June 27 from 5 – 8PM
Swing on by Birdsong Brewing for a pint — $1 of every pint sold during this event will benefit our work. You can also purchase an amazing Birdsong Brewing x TOY collaboration t-shirt. It’s going to be so fun!
Aerial Pride Party at Hi-Wire Brewing CLT, June 28 from 7 – 9:30PM
Work For Your Beer & Hi-Wire Brewing are collaborating on a series of aerial shows with local aerial troupe Cirque du Biere. They are excited to welcome folks to their second pride-inspired aerial show, which will include both improv and choreographed performances! Time Out Youth will receive a portion of the proceeds.
